Cannot do that command on nonadjacent selections.
Cause:
This problem occurs because the selected cells are not contiguous and are not in the same column(s) and/or the same row(s).
Solution:
This behavior is by design of Microsoft Excel. In general, when copying nonadjacent cells, make sure the selected cells are aligned either horizontally or vertically.
